Partner Dashboard Terms
These Partner Terms govern your use of the Tonyte Partner Dashboard as a venue or event-organizer partner ("Partner," "you"). They apply in addition to, not instead of, the general Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of the Services as a whole. Where these Partner Terms and the general Terms of Service conflict on a matter specific to the Partner Dashboard, these Partner Terms control.
Last updated: 8 August 20261. Invitations and Onboarding
Partner accounts are invitation-only. A Tonyte administrator creates your invitation, and you activate your account and set your own password through a dedicated activation link — there is no public self-service Partner signup (see the Privacy Policy, Section 3.12). By accepting an invitation, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the venue or organization you represent.
2. Partner Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the organization information you provide (name, contact email, city, partner type, and any optional fields such as address, website, or Instagram handle — see the Privacy Policy, Section 3.12). You must keep this information current.
3. Password Security and Account Access
You are responsible for keeping your Partner Dashboard password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Partner account. Notify us immediately at hello@tonyte.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. If multiple people at your organization need dashboard access, contact us — the current invitation-only design assigns one account per Partner; sharing credentials across multiple people at your organization is done at your own risk and remains your responsibility to secure.
4. Event Publishing
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of every event you publish through the Partner Dashboard, including its time, location, description, and any other details shown to users. Published events are visible to Tonyte users and, for public events, to visitors of the Tonyte website. Tonyte does not independently verify event details before or after publication. You must promptly update or remove event information that becomes inaccurate, including cancellations, postponements, venue changes, and other material changes.
Tonyte does not currently process ticket sales or payments on your behalf — any pricing, ticketing, or payment arrangement for your event is between you and attendees directly, outside the Services.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not publish events or other content through the Partner Dashboard that: is fraudulent, misleading, or advertises an event that will not actually take place; violates the Community Guidelines or these Terms; infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights; or is illegal under applicable law. Tonyte may remove event content that violates this section without prior notice where we reasonably believe notice would be inappropriate.
6. Moderation
Tonyte may review, edit visibility of, or remove any Partner-published event or content that violates these Partner Terms, the general Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines, at our discretion.
7. Analytics
The Partner Dashboard shows you aggregate engagement analytics for your events (view taps, shares, and expressions of interest), computed server-side as aggregate counts rather than an individually identified attendee list, as described in the Privacy Policy, Section 3.10.
Tonyte retains ownership of the analytics platform, its underlying methodology, and any aggregated datasets it produces. You may use the analytics made available to you only to evaluate the performance of your own events; they may not be resold, redistributed, or used to individually re-identify attendees.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the event content, images, logos, and other material you submit through the Partner Dashboard ("Partner Content"). By submitting Partner Content, you grant Tonyte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content as necessary to operate and market the Services.
9. Featuring Partner Content in Tonyte's Marketing
Tonyte may feature publicly submitted events, venue names, logos, and promotional images within the Services and in Tonyte's own marketing materials (for example, website highlights or social media), under the license granted in Section 8.
10. Responsibility for Event Information and Liability
You are solely responsible for your events, including their safety, legality, and any interaction between you and attendees. Tonyte is not a party to any arrangement, transaction, or dispute between you and an attendee, and does not organize, host, staff, or supervise your event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability provisions of the general Terms of Service (Section 14) apply equally to your use of the Partner Dashboard.
11. Force Majeure
Tonyte is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Partner Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure (such as Firebase/Google Cloud or other services described in the Privacy Policy, Section 4), internet or power disruptions, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.
12. Termination
Tonyte may refuse, suspend, or revoke Partner status where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, or protection of the community. Separately, Tonyte may suspend or terminate your Partner account for violation of these Partner Terms, the general Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines. You may request termination of your Partner account at any time by contacting hello@tonyte.app.
On termination: your access to the Partner Dashboard ends. Events you have already published are not automatically removed by account termination alone — this is handled through the same partner-offboarding process referenced in the Privacy Policy, Section 8, separate from the self-service consumer account-deletion flow, since a published event page may continue to be relevant to users who already expressed interest in it. If you want a specific event removed at the time your Partner account is terminated, tell us explicitly when you request termination.
13. Changes to These Partner Terms
We may update these Partner Terms from time to time, consistent with Section 17 of the general Terms of Service. Continued use of the Partner Dashboard after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Partner Terms.
